How to Use
Use during a bath. Warm the skin with a shower or bath. Dispense about 2–3cm of gel onto the massager. Massage inner thighs with small circular motions: five times downward and five times upward. From the hip line to the outer thigh, massage in small circles five times downward and five times upward, then along the vertical direction five times down and five times up. From the back of the thigh toward the front, massage firmly five times from bottom to top, keeping the massager in close contact. For targeted areas, massage three large clockwise circles and three large counterclockwise circles. Rinse the massaged area thoroughly. After bathing, towel-dry and finish with a manual massage for increased effect.
