Palais des Thés regards its infusions as epicurean drinks. The Jardin collection is a series of gourmet infusions made from fruit, flowers and plants. Healthy, flavorful and naturally caffeine-free, these garden-inspired infusions can be enjoyed hot or iced any time of day. Jardin Byzantin is completely caffeine-free and made from ingredients from organic farming. It carries multiple organic certifications: the French AB label and the EU organic label, and is USDA Organic certified by Ecocert.
How to Use
For hot (per cup): 8g, 50ml, 90°C, steep 4–5 minutes. For iced: 15g, 50ml, steep at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate.
