How to Use
For ages 6 and up. Take with a large glass of water. Children 6–12 years: 1 capsule daily. Children 13–18 years: 2 capsules daily. Adults: 2 capsules with the evening meal and 2 capsules at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Caution
