A signature iced herbal infusion from DAMMANN FRÈRES combining rich blackcurrant (cassis) fruitiness, refreshing peppermint, and subtly tart hibiscus. The blend is built on a hibiscus and rosehip (karkade) base, giving a deep ruby color and pleasant acidity. Naturally caffeine-free, it delivers a bright, refreshing taste ideal for warm-weather refreshment.
How to Use
Place one tea bag in 1l of boiling water (100°C) and steep for 5–6 minutes. When cooled, pour into a pitcher over ice for a crisper finish. It also works well as a base for non-alcoholic summer mocktails.

Caution
This infusion is caffeine-free. After preparation, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
