How to Use
Apply an appropriate amount to a clean cotton pad and gently wipe over dry face, neck and décolletage to dissolve and remove makeup. Do not rub; gently wipe away with the cotton pad. No rinsing required; if you prefer, follow with your regular cleanser to remove any residual feel.
