Product Description
Melvita argan oil is extracted from the fruit of the argan tree native to a region of Morocco. Rich in essential fatty acids and sterols, it contains about 2–3 times more vitamin E than olive oil. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant to help protect the skin from oxidation. The oil is also high in tocopherols and essential fatty acids and is traditionally used for anti-aging care. Containing approximately 50% oleic acid, argan oil helps protect against UV-related dark spots and supports hydrated, smooth, translucent-looking skin. The oil is readily absorbed, supports intercellular lipids to balance skin moisture and oil, softens the skin, and helps protect against dryness and irritation. It can also help neutralize oxidative species caused by dryness or sun exposure and support the skin's natural renewal cycle. Each set contains three 100ml bottles.
How to Use
Face care: While in the bath, apply argan oil to the entire face and massage to create a steam pack. Apply to dry areas such as the eye area, mouth area and décolletage and massage in as a substitute for moisturizer. Add a drop to foam cleansers to help balance skin. Body care: Add one tablespoon of oil to the bath as a bath oil. Hair care: Apply a small amount to damaged ends. For a hair pack, apply an appropriate amount to hair and scalp before shampooing, massage, then wrap hair in a towel. Hand and foot care: Massage into dry areas around fingertips and nail beds, then wear socks for a simple pack. Baby care: Use oil massage after your baby’s bath for skin-to-skin bonding and moisturization.
